The following are some of the responsibilities necessary to carry out duties in this position.
• Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
• Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
• Prepare job descriptions / job evaluations.
• Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies, and notify eligible workers of position availability.
• Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them.
• Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. (Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants).
• Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
• Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information.
• Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures. Make induction to the new joiners.
• Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
• Employee’s data management.
• Medical leave, Annual leave & Emergency leave management and coordinating for salary processing.
• Supervising and coordinating with time management.
• Gather personnel records / information from other departments or employees.
• Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
• Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities, employee welfare and administration.
• Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and employees compensation plans.
• Coordinate for implementing performance management & training & development programme.
• Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
• Coordinating to implement employee’s welfare activities.
• Coordinating for administration activity.
