In this context, thus BMAF seeks for a committed, self-driven, dynamic and competent qualified candidates to fill the vacancies below: :
PROGRAMME MANAGER -. COMMUNITY HEALTH AND SOCIAL WELFARE

The successful incumbent will be the direct and frequent link between BMAF and Beneficiary
Communities through sub granted community based organizations or groups,
The general, the incumbent will be responsible for Programme Development, Management of the
CBOs/Community Groups and forming Strategic Alliances and Networking: -
You must have a thorough understanding of the Grant Agreements signed with each CSO/ community group, You will review all CBO/ groups technical, reports as per established framework and provide written feedback,
The ideal candidate should have a BA/BSc in Community Development,' Social Welfare/ Sociology or related field, with 5 years of experience working in' community development and social welfare interventions preferably at a senior programming level, strong understanding of the governing policies, frameworks, structures for community health and social welfare.

Programme Officer - Community Health And Social Welfare

The incumbent will be working· closely and support the Proqramme Manager - Community
Health And Social Welfare. You will have a background in working with community groups and understanding of grants management.
You will maintain the effectiveness of CBOs/ groups grants by ensuring that grantees receive adequate support.
You will conduct situational analysis and periodic ' reviews for both policy environment, take part in writing proposals and other business development' initiatives related to community health and social welfare. . .
The ideal candidate should have a BA/BSc in Community Development, Social Welfare/
Sociology or related field, with at least 3 years of experience working in community development and social welfare interventions with understanding of the governing policies, frameworks, structures for community health and social welfare.
