(a) Qualifications and experience: .
Secondary School Leaving Certificate with pass in Kiswahili and English plus Trade Test II (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle
Maintenance/Mechanics and a valid Driving license in the relevant class with at least three years continuous driving experience. Must have a certificate from a recognized Driving School.
Duties and Responsibilities
To drive DUCE vehicles skillfully.
To maintain and keep up-to-date log-books.
To adhere to maintenance schedules.
To keep motor vehicle in good running conditions and officer; .
To ensure that valid documents are obtained prior to commencing any journey;
To ensure safety and cleanliness of the vehicle at all times;
To perform messenger Duties and Responsibilities such as
dispatching documents/letters, collecting mail, photocopying of documents; and
To perform any other duties as may be assigned by his superiors.
Salary Scale: PGSS 4
