JOB PURPOSE
This role is to coordinate and manage Go to Market Team with different important tasks related to Registration, Branding, Marketing and market intelligence as well as Trade Development THE WAY WE WORK

Key Responsibilities
Branding
• To consolidate starter pack requests/POS material, prepare and dispatch starter pack allocated to Super Agents
• Follow up the branding work and prepare a summary of performance by comparing the branded outlets versus the unbranded.
• Raise an alarm when the branding job is not done according to the set requirements
• Update the branding file and send it to the branding agency as well as to the DMS team on daily basis
Archiving
• Management and storage of dealers and retail agent contracts
BTL promotion
• In charge of coordination of road shows creation and control and BTL activities countrywide
Market understanding
• Create a weekly report on the performance of agents and competitors in coordination with the Go To Market manager.
• Analysis of tigo pesa pocket share position and come up with initiatives to tackle the challenges to ensure we are the market leader at the POS level
Internal Control
• Ensure operations are 100% compliant to the agreed procedures
• Any other task the manager might assign

Position Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in marketing, social science or related field
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE
• Strong understanding of Mobile Money, market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work in with the team of professionals.
• Proven leadership and ability work independently
• Proficiency level in numerical analysis (business and finance) and interpretations
