Position Overview
An Account Executive is the bridge between the company and clients and is the first point of contact for clients. Your responsibility is to meet and exceed sales goals for an assigned portfolio of accounts by
promoting and selling training services through professional, consultative sales techniques and long term relationships. The role holders will also work as part of a team and are required to ensure team success.Accounting Jobs in Tanzania at Dar Es Salaam
Role and Responsibilities
1.    Sales & Revenue Collections
·         Selling trainings and meeting sales and collections targets, as set forth by the Direct of Strategic Alliances and New Business Management;
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and to achieve  set targets;
·         Doing customer satisfaction survey and giving the inputs to the Direct of Strategic Alliances and New Business Management;

2.    Customer Service & Client/partner Relationships
  • Manage client/partner relationships, including making telephone and face-to-face sales calls to current clients and partners on a timely basis to uncover opportunities and advance the sales process;
  • Work with the Direct of Strategic Alliances and New Business Management to provide the necessary service required for ongoing customer satisfaction;
  • Contact customers through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company.Accounting Jobs in Tanzania at Dar Es Salaam
3.    Marketing initiatives and opportunities
·         Collaborate with Marketing and center support to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings;
·         Support customer acquisition activities, including trade shows, email marketing, online webinars and seminar events;
·         Prepare written presentations, proposals and price quotations.

4.    Portfolio Management & Reporting
·         Managing your account portfolio, including account prioritization, timely outreach to contacts,current, complete and accurate account notes.
·         Submitting an accurate forecast to the Direct of Strategic Alliances and New Business Managementon a weekly basis.
·         Submitting pipeline reports and daily, weekly and monthly sales reports as per the guidelines.

·         % of achieved sales target
·         Generating a strong and healthy pipeline
·         %Increased market visibility of TBL products
·         Improved Quality of customer service
Experience Profile
·         Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum two (2) years successful direct sales experience in technology, training, or adjacent industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Ability to sell in a team environment.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a plus
