Job Purpose:
To plan and carry out specific audit exercises on bank's operations in an efficient, economical and effective manner in conjunction with the Audit Manager/
Chief Auditor, to ensure that bank operations comply with the legal requirements and the agreed bank policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
? Participate and contribute in the risk assessment process for target audit areas and documentation of results as guided by the Audit Manager.
? Prepare audit plan for specific audit assignments and implement the plan in consultation with Audit Manager/Chief Auditor. Will ensure plan
completion within agreed upon schedule.
? Develop, in liaison with the Audit Manager/Chief Auditor, appropriate audit• tests and programs aimed at achieving the desired objectives in areas
auditable.
? Draft suitable management letters reporting on key control weaknesses, non-compliance with procedures and management policies and regulatory
requirements, among others, on those areas audited in concurrence with the Audit Manager/Chief Auditor.
? Complete audit assignments delegated by the Audit Manager/Chief Auditor according to the agreed plan.
? Carry out the Identified continuous audit reviews and report on the results at the agreed Intervals.
? Work together with the External Auditors on the annual confirmation of customer accounts balances and bank-wide end of year cash count and compile
a report on this exercise.
? Assist In follow up and disposal of cleared Issues logged from previous audits.
Qualifications and experience'required:
? University degree preferably in accountancy, finance or business administration.
? Qualified as CPA, CIA ACCA or equivalent. Banking professional qualifications an advantage .
• Three years' experience In Intemal audit or training with a professional finn of practicing accountants for at least two years.

REPORTING TO: HEAD OF OPERATlON & SERVICE DELIVERY
LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM
To manage the Treasury Operations (TROPS) and Trade Finance Department of the bank within agreed risk parameters. This incorporates Treasury,
Correspondent Banking and Trade Finance activities and effectively monitoring the planning, managing and checking of foreign exchange operations,
money market operations, and ensuring that appropriate levels of liquidity are maintained. Check the management of the bank's funding needs In a cost
effective and risk appropriate manner with surplus funds Invested profitably. Monitoring the setting of Interest and foreign exchange rates, as well as,
Interest rates mismatch and maturity mlsmatrh limits. To manage Trade Finance operations, which include SWIFT, transfers, documentation,
conflmatlons, reconciliations, and data entry In the T24 system.

? Monitor the development, management and marketing of the bank's treasury and corresponding banking products and services in line with strategic
oblectlves, annual business plans and marketing plans ensuring the bank remains competitive and promptly reacts to the changing market and
customer needs.
? Close monitoring the bank's liquidity ensuring that the statutory cash ratio and liquidity ratio are met at all times and that there is sufficient liquidity to
meet all business requirements.
? Closely watch the bank's interest rates and foreign exchange risks and exposures, ensuring that market movements are monitored continuously to
facilitate sound decisions and ensure that the bank's exposures are maintained within approved limits and prudential considerations. \
? Close follow-up on the development and marketing of the new treasury products to position the bank as a market leader in this business segment.
? Ensure efficient operation of trade finance both Incoming and outgoing transfers, documentation, reconciliations, confirmations and data entry in T24.
? Monitor management of the availability of wholesale and money market deposits to meet the bank's identified needs for profitable investments,
ensuring that market movements are monitored continuously to facilitate sound decisions and ensure that the bank's exposures are maintained within
approved limits and prudential considerations.
? Organlse, manage and motivate the available human capital within the Treasury Operations and Trade Finance Department through the establishment
of suitable organization structure and Implementing development programmes to optimlse competence and productivity.
? Ensure that treasury functions fully comply with the bank's credit policy, ALCO policy, AML policy and the Bank of Tanzania guidelines and appropriate
provisions of the Banking Act In respect of treasury operations.
? Put in place an MIS system that will enable continuous tracking of the department's performance, monitoring of customer satisfaction, and provision of
management and external reports.
Pro actively manage risk within the unit.
? As a member of the management team, take a proactive role In Influencing policy and strategic direction of the bank.
Qualifications and experience required:
• University degree or equivalent is essential. Relevant professional qualification in banking, dealing. accounting or trade finance will be an added
advantage.
• Full awareness and appreciation of profit dynamics in banking.
• Experience. awareness and appreciation of all aspects of balance sheet management in banking.
• Proven leadership and people management skills with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• At least five years of experience in treasury operations and exposure to sophisticated treasury products.
• At least two years of experience and exposure in trade finance.
• Knowledge of new and evolving technology systems including the benefits and shortfalls of investments.
POSITION: TRADE FINANCE MANAGER

Job Purpose: .
• To market high quality, high value non-managed and managed trade account business in Tanzania. This incorporates the development of the trade
finance business focusing on promoting trade between Tanzania and abroad from import and export perspectives and identifying opportunities for
new or improved trade products, and telegraphic transfer business.
Key responsibilities:
• To deliver assigned trade business and revenue targets through a combination of onshore and offshore revenue streams by marketing trade finance
products to existing and new dients directly. And also via ARMs in order to maximize customer profitability by providing innovation and value added
financing while at the same time reducing the risk to the bank.
• Solicit business from existing customers by increasing utilization under approved trade credit limits.
• To aim for a higher share of non-aedit businesses from existing customers and new customers by offering superiof services. competitive pricing and a
flexible product range. -,
• Responsible for market research and identifying business from existing and new customers.'
• To develop account relationships which will provide a stable stream of high value and low risk transactions.
• Leveraging of credit and non • To facilitate customers with a faster, more efficient and foCused trade processing service in Tanzania
• SupPorting process change initiatives and constantly working to improve trade operations.
• To benchmark against world-dass trade finance providers and ensure that the standards of the trade unit in CBA meet similar standards.
• Joint calling with Relationship Managers for soliciting incremental business from new and existing relationships.
• Packaging of new trade product programs to meet specific customer product requirements.
• Customer Calls /Presentation- execute calling program on allocated customer portfolio and conduct sales presentation as appropriate.
• Ensure complete and accurate customer charges database is in place and is known to all users.
• Monitoring, management and growth of the T.T. business customers.
• Ensure maintenance of healthy business environment through strict compliance with policies and procedures, as defined by the group and local
