Our client, the leading
Automobile Company in East Africa is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and
fully qualified Sales Manager
(Passenger Cars) for Tanzania. The Commercial
Manager will be
reporting to the Country Manager of the Tanzania
affiliate.
Overall Job Purpose
To coordinate the sales of passengers’ products and ensure
that the set targets for the division are met with regard to achieving customer
satisfaction, company sales budgets and profits.

Key Accountabilities
i.
Manage and Grow sales of Suzuki and Mazda vehicles in
Arusha and Dare salaam;
ii.
Manage a team of sales people to meet the target,
liaise with principals for product specification and marketing needs;
iii.
Promote team work; hold regular meetings with the sales
team to evaluate sales performance periodically.
iv.
Increase market share, Organize shows and displays on
passenger cars;
v.
Facilitate debt collection, Advice the country Manager
on outstanding sales depts. and assist in their collection.
vi.
Communicate feed back on sales to management, Provide
information on a regular basis to the country
Manager on
divisional sales activities; vii. Accountable for devising, planning and delivering
a number of complex tactical initiatives in line with financial operational and
strategic business Accounting;
viii. Handle
complex projects, allocate time resources as required. Have budgetary control
and deliver within time and financial targets;
ix.
Guide, Motivate and develop a team of people to deliver
results and improve team performance;
x.
Identify and define problems based on information
available, Develop creative solutions based on experience;

Required academic qualifications;

A University degree in
Business Administration or related field of study sales and Marketing Diploma;

Professional qualifications;
|
The successful candidate will be a holder of marketing and sales certifications;

Required
relevant At least 5 years working experience in Automobile Sales coupled
with managerial, work
experience; product knowledge, effective communication, customer care,
supervisory, computer
literacy, analytical, basic
accounting
