• A holder of SA (Education) or MA (Education) in Kiswahili/English Language and good understanding of Swahili training and facilitating of learning methodologies.

• Computer literacy is a must.

• Extensive experience in curriculum and Swahili training manual development, training of trainers and competency based training.
• Ability to develop teaching and learning materials.
• Ability to facilitate using competence based approach.
• Ability to integrate Swahili language with Culture.
• Fluent in EngliSh, knowledge of other international languages is an added advantage.
• Skills in designing and tutoring online and e-Iearning on Swahili Courses.

The position will be based at the MS TCDC in Usa River, Arusha, Tanzania. The position is offered under MS TCDC terms and conditions with a fixed term contract of one (1) year with the possibility of extension depending on the future programmatic focus and programmatic needs of MS TCDC:
