Trainer or Facilitator (Part Time)
Best Financial Service Institute provides training and
consultancy related to financial services in banking and microfinance
operations. Current the institute is looking for skilled and experienced
individual in banking and microfinance services to the support training and
other related activities
Key
Responsibilities
Ø Develop training materials
and facilitating trainings to Junior and senior officers of financial
institutions
Ø Develop assessment systems
and assess participants during delivery to ensure quality service is achieved
Ø Attend other assignments
according to the clients and business needs
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Ø A first degree and/or equivalent academic qualifications related to
financial services, Certified Professional Banker (CPB) qualifications will
be an added advantage
Ø Hands on experience in lending and deposit (payment services) operations
Ø Good experience in training of adults in banking and microfinance
setting
Ø General knowledge of banking and microfinance operational procedures
and instructions
