HR Manager with FMCG
Human Resource Manager with FMCG Background:Qualifications:
• Degree holder in Human Resource
• Solid experience in a FMCG Sector with minimum 5 years in the managerial level
• Strong project management skills;
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Kiswahili
Duties:
• Administration work of the department and supervise a team of staff and workmen in admin/HR/Security;
• Maintain the harmony within the company;
• Maintain good coordination with labour union, local government and regulatory authorities;
• Promote Health and safety within the plant;
• Responsible for providing HR support and facilities management services to the plant;
• Monitor and supervise the performance of the employees working on different areas / department of the Company;
• Prepare business proposals and general correspondence;
• Ad-hoc duties upon requirement of the job and management.
And all the other typical HR duties such as Payroll, Performance appraisal, Recruitment, etc
Skill:
• High business acumen, excellent decision making, hands on general management, quality management and process improvements.
Salary: 1.5 Million Negotiable
Location: Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
