1. MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER (1 POSITION-BASED IN DAR ES SALAAM)
REPORTS TO: PROGRAM MANAGER- GLOBAL FUND
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
· Develop, implement and coordinate an effective and efficient project monitoring and evaluation systems
· Develop and refine performance indicators to ensure that they are objective, practical, specific and cost effective
· Lead and support the implementation project performance indicators for results/impact measurement
· Continuously reviews existing monitoring tools and adapt them accordingly
· Develop and maintain appropriate project databases
· Coordinate/assist documentation of best practices and success stories across Amref Health Africa
· Compile monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual project reports
· Coordinate operational research
· Participate in knowledge management in Amref Health Africa
· Any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
· Postgraduate degree in Public Health and health system research, monitoring and evaluation and or biostatistics
· At least five years hands on experience in M&E in an NGO environment
· Proven abilities in conducting operational research and impact assessment
· Analytical, presentation and communication skills
· Sound IT knowledge, word processing, spreadsheets, databases and statistical packages
· Experience in HIV/AIDS/TB field will be an added advantage

REPORTS TO: M&E OFFICER
JOB PURPOSE:-
To ensure that computerized and paper based records are capture accurately and maintained appropriately and carry out project administrative functions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Enter data into computer or database system
· Ensure confidentiality of data collected and stored is maintained
· Assure protection of the systems and data by performing at least one system back up per day
· Making necessary corrections of data
· Files or routes source documents after entry
· Maintain accurate and up to date data
· Support training of partner staff on data management, operational research and M&E studies
· Provide support in the completion of periodical reports
· Carry out project administrative duties
· Any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Diploma or degree in computer science or Information Technology
· Additional training in data management and other M&E related courses will be an advantage
· Knowledge of statistical packages including Excel and SPSS
· Fluency in written and spoken English
· Knowledge of modern office equipment and use
· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
· Ability to compute ratio, rate, and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs
· At least 3 years working experience in data management in NGO environment

JOB PURPOSE:
· To provide transportation service to assigned programme/project/unit
· To execute required quality technical skills in driving the project Motor vehicle by supporting the project team, partners and stakeholders during the project implementation activities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
· Driving assigned vehicle while ferrying staff or assets on official work.
· Maintaining cleanness of assigned vehicles.
· Maintaining up-to- date and accurate records in the vehicle work ticket.
· Safeguarding the vehicle and all of its contents in his/her custody.
· Ensure that the assigned vehicle is well serviced and in good mechanical order.
· Good track record, smart and well groomed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:-
· O level certificate
· Mechanical training
· A valid Class C Clean Driving License
· At least 4 years driving experience
· Competence certificate from either VETA or NIT
