Delivery Project Executive - Airtel

Lead and manage the delivery of the TSS warranty and maintenance services of the Client.Lead the monthly delivery reviews ("BMS") and participate in the overall "JMS - Joint Management System" reviews Work with the Global Delivery leader for global that is the focal for the Client and IBM delivery management Role includes implementing management disciplines, establishing and managing relationships with the TSS internal delivery units (including Parts Operations), vendors, delivery relationships with the Client, managing to the contract and issue management (dealing with delivery changes or problems as they arise) Understand and manage delivery to the agreed SLO's - Service Level Objectives (once formally established within the management process), including reporting, performance management, identifying and implementing performance improvements, working with the Client on their questions and analysis, annual planning and assist in responding to special bids or other situations involving non-standard local delivery.
