Reporting Line: ER Coordinator
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Persistently Promote STAMIGOLD safety culture in the mine site.
To advise the Emergency Response Coordinator in matters relating to Emergency response activities and assist with
the implementation of these programs
To conduct Portable Fire extinguishers both Surface and Underground.
To facilitate and train basic firefighting training course to all employees..
To establish, develop and train emergency response teams to deal with any emergency situation on mine.
To conduct Monthly Hydrant and Hoose inspection
To update members log books and arrange for appropriate annual medical examinations.
To update and maintain the Mine Rescue Data Base when ER Coordinator not on Site.
To conduct Monthly Rescue Equipment checks and reports.
To identify and improve areas of weakness in Mine Rescue section.
To conduct both ERT Technical and Physical Training to ERT Members
To carry out service, refill and recharge all Fire extinguishers on Site.
To assist or Prepare Mine Rescue Monthly reports.
To maintain cleanliness of all ER Equipment weekly.
To make follow up on all Periodic Maintenance (PM) for all ER Equipment.
To conduct Aerodrome activities.
To operate Fire truck, Ambulance and Trucks
To assist Safety & Training Officers in developing presenting/Facilitating Safety training programs.
And performs any other duties in line with your job as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Professional Qualifications and Experience
Education
Certificate/ Diploma in Emergency Management from the recognized training institution
Relevant training certification to deliver and present training courses
Intermediate application knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
A valid Tanzanian Class C driving license
Security System Technician (01 post)
Reporting Line: Security System Engineer
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
A Subsidiary of STAMICO
Performing graphics interface, access levels, room numbers at operator level using BABYLON NT.
Operating all functions in the Badge definition.
Handling of Alarms and use of integrated CCTV and Graphics system.
Sorting and searching for data in logbooks.
Setting of Data Point Definition, that is set up of alarms, alarm priorities and engineering units.
Configuration of system like access control parameters.
Performing Termination Definition. that is work station set up, CCTV switching etc.
Performing system network addressing.
Manipulating functions of XMP K32. KDA and KDM parameters;
Manipulating Integration with the PELCO CCTV Matrix and Dallmeier DVR systems;
Cabling and announcement of XMP K32 controllers in the workstation of BABYLON NT system;
Working on Turnstiles, Gallagher Electric Fences, Motorized Gates, Alarm systems comprising of PIR and sounders,Vehicle Barriers etc.
And performs any other duties In line with your job as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
