The program has three goals; Improving pre--primary and primary education quality and access; reducing all forms of violence against Children and to reduce Incidences of child marriages. The program will be implemented for 4 years in Nkasl-Rukwa, lfakara-Morogoro, Mwanza and Tarime- Mara
