NEWL (Northern Engineering Works Ltd) is a market leader in supporting Telecom companies’ cellular network infrastructure. This includes the supply of equipment, installation and maintenance of telecommunication networks sites. NEWL wishes to recruit motivated, hardworking, energetic applicants for the position of:
a) FIELD SUPERVISOR:
•       Be a University graduate Engineer in the fields of either Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering
•       Have working experience of not less than 4 years after University / College education.
•       Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office-word, Excel & Outlook)
•       Have successful managerial and or supervisory experience in leading a group of between 10 – 100  people to work effectively as a team towards, positive realization of the company goals, mission and vision.
•       Be computer literate and effective user of computer Technology as a working tool
•       Be a very good communicator and one  who can create good rapport with customers, sponsors and principals in the Business in which we are,
b) FIELD  TECHNICIAN:
•       Full Technician Certificate/ Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
•       Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office-word, Excel & Outlook)
•       Ideally not less than 3 years working in Telecommunications industry or an Engineering related field.
•       Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
•       Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with client.
