Housing Corporation (NHC) is inviting applications from suitable
qualified, dynamic and good team player to fill the position of Senior
Officer - Employees' Performance and Reward. The Senior Officer will
report to the Learning and Development Manager and will perform the following duties and responsibilities: . To motivate and improve employees productivity across the Corporation Responsible for annual review and updates of the Strategic Plan Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Strategic Plan Supervise the Development and implementation of Balanced Scorecard and Performance Balanced Scorecard Analyse and track employees performance based on the set individual KPls Responsible for building and maintaining employees High Performance Culture Build and maintain employees' attitude and behavior that reflects the values and mission of the Corporation .: Coordinating
employee performance evaluation and ensuring that the exercises are
conducted timely and according to the NHC Policy Identifying, analyzing and reporting all employees that are entitled for different NHC reward and bonuses He/she will be reporting to learning and development manager
Qualifications and Experience: Holders of Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Economics, Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized institution. Postgraduate will be added advantage Working experience of at least 5 years. Good communication and repot writing skills. Computer literate.
Skills & Competencies: Good knowledge of Strategic Plan development and implementation Good knowledge of strategic plan cascading process and development of Balanced Scorecard and Performance Balanced Scorecard Excellent knowledge of statistics and computer usage Knowledge of performance evaluation process and reward systems General Management Skills- (Customer, People, Resources, Processes, Finance) Strong sense of urgency at all times, acting as a role model High energy and resilience, with an ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines Team player with ability to form, lead, and motivate a team Ability to gain credibility and trust internally Strong analytical skills and creative thinking Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening, and presentation) skills required Team driven, good motivator and facilitator to ensure that set targets are achieved
