TECHNOLOGY TECHNICAL ARCHITECT POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Description
The Technical Architect (TA) will oversee IT projects implementations.
He/she will be involved in preparing technical proposals to client companies, and once projects are
awarded by client to the company, the Technical Architect (TA) will co-ordinate with existing Finance and Procurement
teams for timely purchase of the required equipment and software required to successfully implement the project.
The candidate should be ideally a recent graduate (1-5 years since graduating). He/she should have a passion and some experience to do hands-on technical implementations for Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IP PBX. And Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory,
And other Microsoft Enterprise Systems. VMware Vsphere Virtualization Solutions.
Educational Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Engineering
He/she should be registered with Engineers Registration Board (ERB) as a professional engineer or a graduate engineer.
Professional IT Certifications required
Cisco Certified Network Associate
Other Professional Certificates that will be an added advantage
Cisco Certified Network Professional and/Or
Microsoft Certified Professional and/Or
VMware Certified Professional
