• Maintains fuel and accurate accounts records;
• Prepares trial balances;
• Checks the correctness of claims and retirements ensuring that they are supported by appropriate authority/evidences;
• Custodian of accountable documents; and

(a) Qualifications and Experience:
• Holder of B.Com (Accounting)/ADA/Professional Level II or its equivalent.

• Maintains primary books of accounts;
• Prepares payment requisitions;
• Preparing of journal voucher/batches for various activities;

• Holder of Ordinary Diploma in Accounting/ATEC II/NABOCE with at least five years relevant work experience.

• Receives and keeps in proper custody all incoming bills and claims;

6. Job Title: Procurement and Supplies Officer (3 posts)

• Holder of Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Logistics /Materials Management plus CPSP.

• At least three years work experience.
(b) Main Duties:
• Coordinates procurement and materials management matters at Colleges / Schools/Institutes/Directorate level;
• Prepares procurement plan for Colleges/ Schools/ Institutes/ Directorate level;

• Maintains file movement record cards;
• Looks for files and collects them whenever required;
• Returns files to the cabinets and arranges them in proper order;

• Assists in facilitating communication between hearing and deaf/hard-of-hearing consumers;
