MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – PLUMBER II (ONE POST)
Answerable to Senior Maintenance Technician – Plumber
Qualifications
Maintenance Technician – Plumber II – CSS 4
Entry Qualifications
Holder of Form IV/VI Certificate of Secondary Education with National Vocational Award Level II in Plumbing with at least three years relevant experience
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the maintenance and repair of Centre’s facilities
Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors
Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance services
Ensuring inspections of conferences and offices are done according to the laid down procedures
Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned
Ensuring that maintenance and repair are done properly and professionally
Repair and replace worn out or damaged property
Keeping records for every maintenance and repair works undertaken
Performing any other duties relevant to the scope of work that may be assigned by Senior Maintenance Technician – Plumber
