Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. Minimum Educational Qualification
Degree in Human Resources administration
Required – At least one to two years in personnel administration management.
Desirable – Good knowledge of local administration and Experience with MSF or other NGO
English (fluent, oral & written), Swahili required, French will be an asset

§ Coordinate and supervise the implementation of administrative procedures related to employment contracts of MSF staff in the mission, in particular everything related to the CV, cover letters, business certificates, diplomas, certificates of marital status, access cards to the attention health, vacation request forms, Certificates of residence ... to comply with the legislation in force in the country.
